As I suspected, after the electrical work was done and inspected things are rolling now.

Yesterday, they started on the deck. Today, they should be adding the stairs and the screened deck area.

Earlier in the week, they connected the street power to the house as well as natural gas.

And the best part, the drywall is going up. I took these pictures this morning.
