Closing day went REAL smooth! Now let's hope the move goes just as smooth.

Here are the pictures I snapped just after closing. I figured the house will never look this clean ever again.. :)

Feel free to come visit anytime!

Most of the pictures are self explanatory.. heck, I don't think y'all are even reading the captions anyway!

I would have to say, this ENTIRE experience was great and I would do it all over. EVERYONE I dealt with that was associated with Homes by Brumby, LLC was top notch. From the real estate team, office staff, field staff and sub-contractors; everyone was very friendly and kind. They actually treated you like a customer. The prev. builders I have dealt with could take some lessons from Brumby.

End result: I would highly recommend Homes by Brumby, LLC and if I can buy my next home from them, I would put them at the top of my short list!

Day 1 has come...

Yesterday, I met with the builder and we did a final walk thru of the entire house. Things are looking great and I’m 99% sure they will be ready for the closing on Friday! Most of the items were cosmetic (painting, caulking, etc.)

We are in the home stretch now.. only 3 days.

7 Days till closing...

These photos were taken yesterday. You can click on the image to get a larger view.

The column technician came back from vacation and installed the front two columns! Also notice the clean windows and exterior lights! *The van is not included in the house. :)

The back splash installed as well as under counter lighting and appliances.

More lighting. Also notice the floors are covered in paper. We have 1 more coat to do on the floors before they will be done.

I was thinking, I never showed a picture of the dining room. Here is a quick shot of the light and windows.

The stairs leading to 2nd floor. We just added the wooden landings so they are a few days behind the rest of the floor.

The central location for the houses low voltage wiring (cable TV, computer, security, phone, etc.). Nicely labeled and organized.

A quick look out the back window looking towards the entrance of the sub-division. Soon this whole space will be filled in with more houses!

It's been a few days since I have posted anything.. The house has been locked up because of the addition of appliances, lighting and the staining of the hardwood floors.

I've got mail!

Appliances for the kitchen delivered.

Sink in master bath.

Lighting in master bath.
My final walk thru is scheduled for Monday, Oct 8th; still on schedule to close on Friday, Oct 12th.
